Scott Reese is a recognized entrepreneur, inventor, and pharmaceutical marketing executive. Most recently Scott ran a global marketing analytics practice as Managing Director for a Microsoft and Accenture joint venture. Scott served in a variety of senior leadership roles with several Publicis Groupe agencies including Razorfish Health, Rosetta, Digitas Life Brands and Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. Scott has launched and managed pharmaceutical brands for 8 of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Scott founded and served as CEO of Wool.labs, a leader in text based data analytics technology. His patented technologies allow life science companies worldwide to predict patient behavior based on extractions of retroactive conversational data, marketplace stimuli over time and if-then scenario mappings. The firm was acquired in 2014.
Scott has presented to the US congress and the US Food and Drug Administration’s committee on social media and health informatics. He has served on the Global Envisioning Board for a publicly traded marketing organization and on the Marketing Innovations Board for a global pharmaceutical company.

Mike Joins C-Beyond Health as the one of the leading experts in the cannabis industry. Mike was one of the first licensed medical marijuana cultivators in the state of Colorado. For more than 10 years Mike has provided bulk and refined medical marijuana products to dispensaries and manufactures statewide. Mr. Segal is one of Colorado’s earliest innovators in extraction technologies. For more than 7 years Mike has owned and operated extraction facilities. Mike is a leading expert in CO2, Solvent based and supercritical extractions.
Simultaneously to his cultivation and extract business' Mike owned and operated a successful end-to-end product manufacturing, raw material importation, wholesale distribution and retail outlet for medical cannabis applications.
In addition to his business activity Mike is an accomplished rock photographer. For a decade, Mike served as the official photographer for Red Rocks Amphitheater as well as is credited with multiple artist album covers and promotional photography

Richard Schwartz has worked in health and wellness literacy and communications for more than 20 years. He found his way into health as a documentary film maker and story-teller and was hired by Squibb and later Bristol Myers Squibb to help re-imagine engagement with patients and physicians. He was instrumental in providing communications solutions on key launches including Taxol, Glucophage, Plavix and Pravachol.
In 2002 Rich joined WebMD and helped build and define the brand. He spent ten years leading strategic solutions for consumers, practitioners, and employers. In his time with WebMD, they became recognized as the most trusted brand by Millward Brown, for two consecutive years and rose to eighty million monthly unique visitors. Rich was instrumental in partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, employer groups, and the CDC.
Rich joined Publicis Health in 2013 and served as the strategy and innovations lead to one of pharma’s largest and most profitable brands. For three and a half years, he led the ideation and execution of brand solutions in critical areas including telemedicine, content marketing, social as a service, HUB and BV solutions, and patient experience solutions. Rich was promoted to Innovations and Partnerships Chief at Publicis Health, where he was responsible for identifying, contextualizing, and developing solutions around the trends and emerging innovator and influencer opportunities. As health transitioned to the value and outcomes era, Rich expanded the company’s offerings and approaches to address new types of customers, decision makers, and influencers surrounding patient treatment - including payers, systems, and employers. While at Publicis, he created a new enterprise discipline called ‘Partnerability’, which he believes to be the new and essential capability for today’s healthcare brands, who’s merit lies in surrounding experience and resulting outcomes.
For C-Beyond Health Rich works with leaders at pharma, agency, consultancy, foundations, system, VC, Tech, and payers on defining, creating and optimally managing partnerships in health innovations. Patrick Denton comes to CBeyond.Health with 20 years experience as a brand strategist in the pharmaceutical industry as well as other verticals. He has worked with many of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Bristol Myers Squib, Otsuka, Johnson & Johnson, and Novo Nordisk among others. He has served as strategic lead in launching new brands, growing established brands, as well as energizing mature brands.
In addition to pharmaceutical companies, Patrick has acted as lead marketing strategist for large, blue-chip brands such as Timberland, Harley-Davidson, NASCAR, Nickelodeon, and Audi. Most recently, he was lead strategist launching Gillette’s new “Gillette on Demand” program to compete with Dollar Shave Club and Harry’s.
Patrick is an accomplished panel speaker on mobile technology as well as being published in leading medical magazines. He has received industry accolades and awards including Cannes Gold, Silver Telly, and numerous One Show awards.
He was part of a patent team creating a QR code program that allowed brands, for the first time, to integrate their logo into the QR code itself.
He received his masters from the University of Pennsylvania where his thesis received distinction. Additionally, he has had a script optioned in Hollywood as well as written a documentary that aired on PBS.
Blaine Warkentine MD MPH is a trained orthopedic surgeon, practicing through 2009. For the last 17 years he has worked in a number of capacities in health, orthopedics and aging industries starting with seven years building a $100m vertical for Brainlab in orthopedics. He has been involved in five exits to: Stryker, Smith and Nephew, Merck, Anytime Fitness, and HCA.
He continues to see opportunities in improving health value by giving consumers better tools to be in more control of their personal health and wellness. His research has shown that there is often a 10X societal value of good health. Building companies that help capture this value will be the corner stone of building a successful company and improving communities in the 21st century. He eagerly awaits the impact that IoT, AI, mobile, incentive structures, and smart cities can bring to social determinants of health and is searching for the right opportunities to do so.

For 20 years Dominic has in worked in customer management and fulfillment logistics. Dom arrived in Colorado in 1997 from California having been transfer by Xilinx Inc. the leading semiconductor supplier. For Xilinx, Dom also was responsible for universal tri-annual software updates to 20K customers and Universities.
